Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious with a refrigerator and located on the 3rd floor, the lack of temperature control made the first night uncomfortably hot. The service, though pleasant, was hard to find at times as the staff was away for the weekend during my stay. The location was excellent for exploring historical areas, shopping, and the cliff walk, but the dining, while continental, did not meet expectations in terms of variety. Overall, the hotel offered what you would expect, but there were some drawbacks to consider.
This B&B is a charming spot with a great location close to the main parts of town. The rooms had everything I needed, but the breakfast on the first night was below standard. I enjoyed visiting with other guests at breakfast, and the service was nice and charming. The location is excellent for short walks to the Wharf, bars, and restaurants, but not ideal for children to play outside. The continental breakfast was decent, with Greek yogurt and cereals, but not as homemade as other B&Bs. The facilities are cozy, and the price is reasonable.
Staying at this B&B was a unique experience. The rooms, being in an old house turned into a B&B, had a mix of charm and drawbacks like some having separate bathrooms just outside the room. However, they were clean and spacious, with a handy refrigerator. The cold temperature added a cozy touch. The location was absolutely prime for exploring downtown Newport, just a couple of blocks from the wharfs, with quiet surroundings despite the proximity to everything. The service was mostly accommodating and pleasant, with some difficulty finding staff at times. The breakfast was a tasty affair with Greek yogurt and cereals. The off-street parking was a plus, although not all rooms had it included.
This B&B is a gem! The rooms are spacious and pristine, with delightful amenities that make you feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with a delicious breakfast served in a charming old house close to the center. The location couldn't be better for exploring all that Newport has to offer.
Staying at this B&B was a true delight. The rooms were super comfortable and clean, providing everything I needed. The breakfast on the first morning was a bit below standard, but overall, it was a cozy stay with lovely service and a great location in the heart of downtown Newport.
